Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By registering on the lifeisocta platform (hereinafter — the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree — do not use the Platform.
2. Registration and account
To use the Platform, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all actions performed under your account. One account provides access to all ecosystem apps.
3. Wallet and payments
The unified wallet allows you to pay for services in all apps. Top-ups are processed through supported payment systems. Wallet funds are not refundable, except as required by applicable law.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are purchased separately for each app. Terms, pricing, and features may change. We will notify you of changes in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
5. Referral program
Referral program participants receive rewards for referred users as a percentage of their top-ups. Program terms are set by the administration and may change. Abuse (multiple accounts, fraud) will result in suspension.
6. Intellectual property
All rights to the Platform, its design, code, and content belong to lifeisocta. User content created with AI services (texts, resumes, transcriptions) belongs to the user.
7. User responsibilities
The user agrees to: not violate any laws while using the Platform; not create multiple accounts for bonus abuse; not attempt to circumvent technical restrictions; not use AI services to generate prohibited content; respect the rights of other users.
8. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for: temporary service unavailability; AI model outputs; losses related to Platform use; actions of third parties.
9. Account suspension and deletion
We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account for violations of these Terms. Users may delete their account through settings — data will be removed within 30 days.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful — in court at the Platform's location.
